Microsoft App Services still not Available In INDIA - @NokiaHelps

During The Update Of Symbian Belle I Recieved MicrosoftApp Update also.I Installed That.But I Cant Log in To Any Of The Microsoft App.So I contacted @NokiaHelps [Twitter].@NokiaHelps Gave me a reply that 

"@selvasathyam The service is not yet available in your country, please be patient and it will work when it is available. ^DS "
