"AX Themes" made this little VoA iconpack in PNG format to let you manually change some icons, which are not customizable with themes. Mostly it contains special folder icons, but there are a few wrt/java based apps as well.
All you have to do is:
1. install "Folder Icon" (only for folders) and/or "Icon Changer" (only for apps)
2. Copy the PNG icons on your phone, into folder: "C:\data\Images"
3. Open one of the apps from point 1., and change the icons as you wish
